I love Great Clips! Julia (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) is absolutely amazing! She is wonderful to talk to and makes sure you’re completely happy with your hair before you leave her chair. I’m very particular about my hair, so being able to find someone I trust is a difficult task. Julia eased my worries the first time I came in so I make the trip from Gaithersburg to come see her! Thank you for cutting my hair!

I had a very pleasant experience at this Great Clips. There is the option to check in online. I did not, but only waited about 20 minutes. The lady who cut my hair was attentive and detailed. I am very happy with my cut. The prices are very good. I paid $18 for a cut and $5 for a shampoo.

Update previous review. Contacted franchisee they offered a gift card 4 two cuts, i did not ask for. This was on 2 11 18. On 3 16 18 contacted them again gift card never received. They were ” very sorry wanted to verify my address again.

The hair cut is typical of a great clips, but the stylists are usually grumpy and rude. My 3 year old has gone twice and the same lady has been very rough with him. Definitely not a friendly place, but if you’re looking for a quick, quiet cut it will suffice.
