Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI go to the Easton Great Clips for my haircuts. Also I will only have Gail cut my hair. She is the absolute “best” as she gives me a great cut every time. I always call ahead to see if Gail is working.Service: Haircut

I go to the Easton Great Clips for my haircuts. Also I will only have Gail cut my hair. She is the absolute “best” as she gives me a great cut every time. I always call ahead to see if Gail is working. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityCalled ahead to make appointment. Arrived and both stylists were busy. Told “just a few minutes”. Asked where I could sit and wait. Told “no place to sit”. No other waiting customers. Stood for a while and read my paper. Noticed out the opposite window that there were chairs outside the salon. Walked around the building into the shopping center plaza and sat down outside the windows of Great Clips after signalling to both stylists that I was now in the “front” of the store. After a 15 min. wait, noticed that one of the stylists was nowhere to be seen. I walked around the building to the “front’ door (which was shielded behind a 6′ fence) and reentered the salon. I asked the remaining stylist if the other one had left. “She’s in the bathroom” was the reply. I asked if the missing stylist would be available to cut my hair, since the remaining one appeared not near finished with her customer. “She’s in the bathroom!” was the reply. Since that was not an answer to my question, I asked again whether I could expect to be accomodated soon. “SHE’S IN THE BATHROOM!!” was the reply. So, I can’t comment as to the quality of the haircuts, but if you expect prompt courteous service, don’t count on it, even if you make a prior appointment. I’ve experienced good service and haircuts at another Great Clips, so I don’t think this experience is representative of the company overall.
