I took my grandson to get his haircut today. Be sure to not have your kid/grandchild take more than one lollipop at checkout, they will chase you at the door and ask you to return. SMH Hair regrowth

Came here several times in the past. I guess I don’t see the point in offering appointments when people can come in from the street and get service quicker. Booked about 35 minutes ahead. Checked in and sat down for 10 minutes. Was at the top of the screen but a guy walked in and got his haircut first. “I’m not worried about it” she told the walk-in when even he was confused. Me neither. Won’t come back. Super unprofessional.

Critical: QualityGirl was nice but mustve been completely blind. I know my hair can be light and tough to see sometimes but she completely botched my haircut. Specifically said I wanted a high and tight, 1 on the sides, and gave one or two other specifics…and none of it was done. I couldn’t see the sides in the mirror so I assumed it was good, went home and showered and my wife was shocked at how bad it looked. Zig zagged up and down the sides, not a high and tight, nor faded at all, long clumps of hair around my head. Very disappointed. You may get someone better, just make sure you ask how experienced they are before you sit in the chair at this place. Girl was nice but mustve been completely blind. I know my hair can be light and tough to see sometimes but she completely botched my haircut. Specifically said I wanted a high and tight, 1 on the sides, and gave one or two other specifics…and none of it was done. My daughter had been growing her hair out to donate for a while. We planned to get it cut early spring. Then the stay at home orders came out, and the shuttering of salons. Now that things are opening up, and her hair is reaching her waist, it’s time to get it cut! Using their online system, I saw there was little to no waiting time here. My daughter explained what she wanted done, and the stylist agreed. They provided a replacement mask so they wouldn’t accidentally cut the cloth mask she was wearing. I made a quick trip to the computer store across the street. By the time I was back, the cut was done. They had neatly braided and fastened the hair, so my daughter can send it out. And she looked so different with shoulder length hair! A great job at a very reasonable price.

I took my son to the new Great Clips. Was very pleased with the reasonable wait time. And the price was better than his last barber shop. But the best thing was that he got a GREAT HAIRCUT!!! Great Clips has a new customer who’ll definitely be back. He even loaded their App to make appointments easier.

Cecelia gave me a great haircut. She took the time to understand what I wanted and then took her time giving me a great haircut. Just as important she has integrity. When I accidentally left her an $18 tip she pointed it out and helped me correct it to $8. She could have kept the $18 and not said a word.
