I had my haircut done by a woman named Angelica. I gave her Simple instructions how I like my hair. This woman either doesn’t know what a rounded neck line is or she just doesn’t care what her clients are asking for. I walked out with a square, even after 2 attempts to correct. This woman should not be cutting anything but her fingernails.

We took two of our boys for haircuts. The oriental lady was rude, disrespectful, and kept screaming at us when we were leaving the shop saying that we did not pay for the haircuts. The other lady was super nice and courteous. She told her no and that we paid and tip upfront for the haircuts. Regardless, she was acting belligerent and accusing us of not paying. I will not use this shop for haircuts again.

They charged $25 to blow dry my hair after I paid $19 for the hair cut. (No shampoo) that’s $8.00 more. If I knew that I could have gone to a much better place. Don’t mind paying for a good hair cut and blow dry. Just mind paying premium prices at a mediocre place. Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismI took my elderly mother here for a haircut yesterday. The person who cut her hair was very solicitous and did a great job. When we got home, she realized she didn’t have her hearing aid, and based on her actions, we thought it might have fallen out as she got out of the car at the curb of the store. When she called this morning to ask if someone could go out to the curb to look for it, they said they were too busy. (BTW, there’s never anyone in the store.) So I drove all the way over there and found it. I went into the store to tell the people how disappointed I was that they wouldn’t look for it, and there was one worker and NO customers. This place is horrible. Stay away from the Asian women who cut hair. They try to do what they want to children’s hair and won’t listen to the parents. We walked out and drove to glen burnie great clips to fix my sons hair. Beware.

The guy checking us in was super snippy. Then, the woman cutting my husband’s hair completely disregarded the specific instructions he gave her. He said, “Medium fade with a 2 on the bottom.” She used a 2 on the top and the bottom is straight scalp. Of course, once she sheared him in one spot, it was too late to stop her. But when he complained about how she didn’t listen her response was, “ANYWAY…How do you want to pay?”
