Poor service. Next time I will remember not to trust that the barber knows how to speak and ask questions at all. I was there Wednesday evening. After paying a nice tip and getting home after paying 29 dollars, I noticed she did not bother to shape up my cut at all. I ended up shaping it up myself, making it look worse. Thanks to the worse haircut I’ve ever had, I now have experienced not to trust every barber at all as a professional that knows how to trim a simple 5 minute haircut without supervision, guidance and complete commen sense. First time I ever complained about a haircut.

Do not let Julia B at the padonia village, great clips touch your hair. I have been to other great clips and loved my cut and the service. not only was Julia B rude and unfriendly, the haircut actually hurt and I was visibly wincing. I asked for a 1 inch trim with long layers and I ended up with 3-4 inches gone and super short, uneven, choppy, blunt layers. I am absolutely livid. I should have read the reviews and seen that others were unhappy with Julia B as well. This women should have been fired a long time ago.

After getting my haircut at Hair Cuttery my whole adolescent life I decided it was time to try somewhere new and somewhere that cut kids as well since I have a 10 year old son. I can’t speak for other Great clips but this location is great. I always check in ahead on the app and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. The kids haircut is $20, with a tip and an adult cut is around $25 or less. No matter who you get here, they are all knowledgeable and I’ve seen the staff cutting the full spectrum of age worth of clients from 2-100 years old. I even have my father in his 70’s going here now and leaving with a smile.

This was my favorite place to get a haircut. Then I met Julia, she had this angry disposition. During my haircut she had this disgusted look on her face, enough that the other hairdresser asked her what was wrong. It was a slow day, even so i felt like it was being rushed. She never showed me the back of my head. My haircut was uneven and is now growing back oddly. Overall I was very dissatisfied with her and because she made me feel so uncomfortable I won’t be returning to this location.

I just walked out based on service upon entering and then noticing the poor reviews. I entered in at around 2:45pm. I ahead already checked in via the app. A few moments later a woman and her son entered. A stylist come from the back and begins asking the the woman and her son about their what they needed. She then turns to me and asks if I’m getting a hair cut today? DUH! I’m not just sitting in here for fun! Weird. No worries. I’m sure I just dodged a horrible experience. Then another stylists comes from the back smacking gum and never greets or says anything just looking at the check in screen. In my honest opinion it seems the two stylists were avoiding the idea of having to trim my African American hair. That’s my guess. I love the Locust Point location anyway but was in a rush today and thought I’d try this location.

Not the best. Not the worst. This is a high turnover store from their stylists due to burn out from their schedules. That is why I sometimes had good service and other times not the best service. If life/work balance scheduling was in place then this store would enjoy more satisfied customers.
