Worst customer service. No hair styles book is given. The stylist didn’t follow my instructions. It’s a shame to even consider going to this place again. DISAPPOINTING that they even exist. Literally ruined my day.

I had a very bad experience here today. The two hairdressers had a Terrible attitude. The Black lady was terrible, she was getting upset. Would not explain the hair size. All of a sudden started cutting from the front. When I asked for her name she did not give me one. I said I want your name before I Pay and she threatened she would call the police. Then the other lady came to the counter and told me would give the name after I pay. After I made the payment she threw the receipt in the trash. She told me I can pick it up from the trash. I have been going to great clips for the last 10 years and this is the first time I have received this kind of attitude. Called corporate and they have not gotten back to me yet.

Very bad service. Staff doesn’t even bother to show back mirror to see the hair cut. On asking for hair dry she asked for extra $18 which is normally done for free at great clips at Dorcy. Overall very rude staff. And after giving a hair cut she ran immediately to front desk to check in with other customer as if someone was dying there without having curtesy to ask current customer about haircut . Also, the lady had cold and wasn’t wearing mask. She had a very strong smell of smoke which was bothering me.

I just love Great Clips. I have always gotten a good hair cut from the girls there. They are friendly and very nice. They talk to you & make you feel relaxed. Their prices are also good as compared to other salons.

Such a bad experience . Lady ruined my long hair. I showed her pic what i wanted and she said this hair style doesn’t exist although it was a simple & common style. She passed bad comments about my hair. She cut my hair uneven and in such a bad shape. Will never go there again. Overall a very negative environment. I wish i could give something like zero star. Strong smoking smell coming from her dress bothered me a lot.
