Great experience! Took my 3.5 year old in for her first haircut. We got taken right away, they did a great quick haircut on her. Everyone was super friendly and it only cost $20 including tip. Will definitely come back again! Just note they do not do appointments if you care about that- I preferred that so I had more flexibility in my day.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience was not the best. The hairstylist cut my hair much shorter than what I showed (which was fine, I think there was miscommunication on my part). I still tipped, didn’t complain, etc. I get home and I see that the right side of my hair is uneven and longer than the left. At this point, I don’t have the time to go back and I’m gonna let it grow out :/ After talking with friends, they also have had experiences with Great Clips and uneven hair… Overall, while the hairstylist was super nice, I wish my experience could’ve gone smoother.

Although I usually get great haircuts at Great Clips, my last haircut was terrible. The stylist must have interpreted the Clip Notes differently from other stylists because she took the clippers all the way up to the top of my head, and only scissors cut a tiny patch on the very top. I like to have the sides and back clippered, with the top blended in nicely. I did not realize how bad my haircut looked until I got home, and there was no use in returning since there was no way to correct it. I will return to Great Clips, but I will make sure another stylist cuts my hair.
