My old stylist left/retired, which freaked me out. Been going to her for at least 5 yrs. I did not know she was leaving. I have no forwarding contact info for her. I want to send her a card to congratulate her retirement. However, I did find a new stylist; she’s great too! She has cut my hair twice. And now she’s going out on maternity leave & will be gone for 6 weeks. SMH

Customer service was nice. My barber that I had did not do what I had asked her to do. I asked for specific shaving on the sides which was done correctly but when she did the top I asked for an even scissor cut and she cut way more on one side than the other because she had the intention that I combed my hair to one side when I told her I did not. She cut the top of my hair so uneven that it is lopsided. Only way it’ll look better if I cut my hair, then it would be too short. I am embarrassed with my hair that I wore a hat as soon as I got home, I rarely wear hats.

This is the second consecutive uneven haircut for my teen son at this location (different stylists), and this one was really bad. It’s a simple cut: 3 on the sides scissors on top. Both sides are trimmed too far up, and one side is clipped a good inch further up than the other side. There’s also an extra chunk cut out of the front right side. The only way to fix it now would be to cut it all off, as it’s already trimmed so high up that it can’t be evened out without leaving just a thin strip of hair at the top. He never styles his hair and rarely cares what it looks like, but he came home embarrassed and sad, and immediately put a hat on. He’s probably worn a hat 10x in his life. Definitely not returning to this location.

Sat and waited for my turn. Well a lady comes in and the girl that was going to cut my hair decided to pass me off to another person. I said I want my hair feathered back. So that it’s not in my face. So why in the heck did she tell me she left the hair long enough to put in a ponytail . never again. Hairstyling

Got my hair cut at this location. Highly recommend this place! Everyone was friendly and welcoming! I only waited less than 10 mins with no appointment. My hair turned out fabulous! Very clean and bright inside.

Normally the service is nice when I go but today the lady with blue hair had an attitude. I just asked her to clean up my brother on the sides and back. But she was trying to rush me and say that he normally gets a 0 and was giving me a nasty look. If i wanted all his hair cut to 0, i could’ve done it myself. My dad said my brother normally tells then what he wants with a picture.
