Typically I never leave bad reviews, but this experience reminded me why I stopped coming here and why I probably will just go elsewhere for better service. I used to come here all the time for hair cuts, and then recently just became disappointed with the overall service and my hair cuts. Half the time you go in and they don’t even follow your recommendations on how you want your hair cut. It seems like they spend 10 minutes just doing basic things to it and then send you on your way for something you could honestly probably do at home. I started going to another salon and unfortunately my stylist was booked a few months out ( for good reason because she was great!) and then come to find out she had left. So I figured I’d just go to Great Clips instead. I usually don’t have the stylists comment negatively on my hair , but the way this stylist did made me irritated enough to write a review and not leave a tip. I typically always leave a tip, but if your service is poor than it kinda speaks for itself. She told me in a rude way that my hair looked dead and I know ( it’s my hair ) pretty much why I’m getting it cut and then proceeds to tell me my side part is intense and like laughs to herself about it…I’ve kinda always hated how my bangs part so her stating that really didn’t help anything. Finally, she’s apparently finished up with the hair cut and I had asked for side swept bangs and I thought she was going to do a bit more with them and actually cut them how I wanted so I had asked her if she was going to side sweep them. She stands and looks at me as if I’m stupid and says rudely “What do you mean?” At that point I was just done. I feel like she didn’t even do anything that I had asked and just basically made me regret even waking up early to come in and pay / ask for something that I had been looking to get done for a while and then I come in and get treated / talked to like that? Yeah no thank you. Never again.

I will NEVER go back to this location again. I was there on 6-27-2021. I went in there for a simple haircut. I did check in online like they want you to do. The girl who was working the front desk told me it would be 15 minutes and 45, that’s FORTY FIVE minutes later I was still waiting. When I asked her what was going on and with a shrug of her shoulders said “you can wait or you can leave.” Nobody seemed to care. Finally a woman named Angie looked at me like “what’s going on?” and immediately took me back to cut my hair. I do not recommend this location. Terrible customer service. I felt like I was invisible .
