Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called to make sure I check in with there app. The lady I spoke to said she saw my name and even tho it was getting late that I should have no trouble getting a hair cut. I ask the lady if I so go across the street or wait it out and she said wait. I sat outside for 45mins. My app showed that the store closed so I knocked on door and the woman I spoke to came out and said that nobody ever called the store and that it must of been a different store. I told her I talked to someone(who was her) and received a text message with this stores address. She rudely told me sorry but I could come back tomorrow. I called to make sure I check in with there app. The lady I spoke to said she saw my name and even tho it was getting late that I should have no trouble getting a hair cut. I ask the lady if I so go across the street or wait it out and she said wait. I sat outside for 45mins. Their check in online wasnt working at the time so I was told to just wait outside and they would come get us. 45 minutes later they finally got done with the other 2 and I was told that I didnt checkin , which I was never told to do because I couldn’t. Then they refused to cut my sons hair since now their online checkin was working and they were getting backed up.. I was next In line and now couldn’t get anything done. I was so upset I went to a barber down the street and got right in at a cheaper price by the way. I arrived at 10am when they first opened and 2 people were in front of me and my son. Their check in online wasnt working at the time so I was told to just wait outside and they would come get us. 45 minutes later they finally got done with the other 2 and I was told that I didnt checkin , which I was never told to do because I couldn’t.
