Last time I went my haircut was excellent. This time I waited a hour on a walk in, been trying to get it it done for the past 2 weeks but the place had a message saying it was closing at 1pm so the place was open 10-1pm 3 hrs. I told her I wanted the same thing I had that last time but just trim the front. A Chinese bob which is a bob with longer sides and the underneath back stacked which was how it already was but grown out. My back of my hair is gone completely she left the sides didn’t trim the dead ends similar to what a dog would look like. Like I have ears hanging on the sides of my head n nothing in the back. It looks like a grown out shaved head but she left the sides. When I feel the back I’m in there like where’s my hair I thought because she clipped it up that it was stuck together but I had a really bad feeling it was nothing like I expected to get. No license on her station but the name was Connie. An she charged me 19 but I’m looking on here now an it says cut $14 shampoo $4 but I didn’t get no shampoo. There was a book nearby that had the similar cut that I saw before hand it was cut just like it. I’m going to have to wear a hat. Or just pull the side’s up in a band but there is no back. This is not a style. N she didn’t cut the split ends off the sides. U can’t fix this. I made an appointment at a full service salon but I couldn’t get an appointment till a week from now. The ladies she took while I was sitting in there hair had looked fine I don’t know how I got this.

Obviously after reading these reviews, I can plainly see that nothing was ever done with these employees! Apparently, they still work there, and it’s quite apparent that this owner is only out for money and could care less about its customers! This is the most unprofessional salon that I’ve ever been in! They are the upmost rudest people I’ve ever seen! One stylist told the mother of the son (the boy she was cutting his hair) to sit down, if you get up again…. (She literally charged up in that woman’s face like she was going to hit her!) We were litterely treated like garbage from the minute we entered the door. My two granddaughters were getting a haircut and neither hairdresser even listened to one word that was said to them. My one granddaughter barely even got a haircut, and the other was told to take off about two inches, and she ended up with about seven inches taken off. It looked like someone took a weed wacker to it!!! Then the one hairdresser ran into another hairdresser with scissors in her hand, and we thought we were about to see a fight once again! I just don’t understand why cooperate doesn’t do anything about this!!! This is the worst, unprofessional salon!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a DOG! Don’t know how these women sleep at night! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! Please people read the reviews, wish we would’ve before we went!

I came in with very damaged hair due to overheated flat ironing and curling. My hair stylist was Kat and I absolutely will be back to see her! I asked her about the damage I had done to my hair and she advised me to use lower heat and a thermal protector spray on my hair before blow drying and/or flat ironing/curling. I am happy to say my hair is mending beautifully and the style she cut looks great!

The salon was clean, recieved fast service, and workers were friendly. However, my son needed a haircut and I told the stylist that he wanted a fade with his hair trimmed on the top. I even provided a picture of his normal style. She did not give him a fade and another stylist had to fix his hair in the front because it was not faded. Additionally, I had to go home and cut his hairs she missed around his ears. I respect the effort but she knew by the look on my face and my statement of “i thought the sides would be shorter” or “where is the fade” that i was not happy with my sons service. I was hoping she would have offered to fix it to make her customer happy but she failed to do that as well. Unfortunately, i will not be returning to this location.

Don’t waste your time here. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and I asked her not to cut the top of my hair. She made the part on my head too wide. She cut the top of my hair and tried to force me to tip her! Completely unprofessional! Haircut

I went to Great Clips this morning for a haircut with a $8.99 coupon. When I got there, AFTER I was seated in the chair and my haircut was started the stylist said “oh we charge an EXTRA $10 for long hair”. My hair was a little past my shoulders. I asked her if I could use the coupon I had and she said no, only on Tuesday’s (no where on the coupon did it say that). There was nothing I could do since she just started cutting my hair. When it came time to pay I paid and asked for my receipt. When I got my receipt she tried explaining that it said shampoo for the extra $10 because they had not added the extra $10 for long hair (that I don’t have). The whole situation made me very uncomfortable. I went into Great Clips hoping to spend about $15 and came out spending $32. I am extremely upset and WILL NOT be going back. Also can someone tell me when this coupon only on Tuesday’s came about and an extra $10 for long hair?

I came here today and this lady named Sharron did my hair. To start it off, she was extremely rude to me and my mom and I couldn’t even explain to her what I wanted without her getting upset. On top of that she completely ruined my hair and the layers were so so uneven and not even blended it. She rushed it and seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing and did whatever she wanted. My hair turned out nothing like the videos i showed her and after i had to go to a salon and get my hair fixed. I will be coming back and asking for a refund because this was totally unacceptable.

I am new to the area and needed to find a salon that specializes in my hair type. ( I have natural hair and an African American woman) I’ve called in advance and made sure that there was someone there that can deal with my hair type. I walked in, checked in and asked for my hair to be washed, blow-dried and flat ironed. My hair took longer than most customers that came in there and the stylist did a good job on dealing with my hair, but did not straighten my ends properly. I’ve paid 70 dollars for the services. (she told me it was $60, then $62 and I gave her an $8 tip) I’ve called the corporate office about my concern and the owner supposed to call me within 24 hours. So far have not heard anything. Maybe it was just a wrong time to come into the place or it felt like my hair was discriminated because it was not straight just like the rest of the customers. I guess this salon is not for my hair type and I am not sure about going back again
