I was working with a lady with blonde hair, I asked for a regular haircut and take off the curls after the cut. She started cutting the sides and with her shaver and went too high, after a while I realized there was something wrong and asked for the mirror, then I saw that she completely messed my cut. I informed her about this and she started making excuses, saying that she likes her haircuts proportional and that what she did was right, she also stated that she was just following the notes left by the barber that cut my hair last time. She still kept on insisting that what she did was right and that she was just removing the curls even though there were no curls over there. The workers there lack professionalism and skills to do a proper haircut, I would not recommend this shop and would suggest you go any other barber shop

My husband went in for a haircut this week and honestly it’s the worst haircut he’s ever had. The stylist rushed through it and cut it far shorter than he wanted, but also left totally random longer pieces all over the place. It’s just awful. After she dove in with the clippers and literally said “oops!” aloud at the start, it was just downhill from there. We had to clean it up ourselves when he got home, but it’s really beyond repair at this point. Trust the reviews and DO NOT get your hair cut here. It’s clear they lack proper training and there is zero attention to detail and quality.

Laila is pathetic. She was very rude. We already were on the online waiting list and she said that we close at 5.45 pm. We reached at 5.50 pm. They are making their own rules just to shut down early. She was so rude and was acting smart for no reason. She doesn’t even cut hair properly.

Got a haircut with Lilly today and she was extremely good. She gave some suggestions and was very thorough and professional. I plan on asking for her next time. The haircut pricing is comparable to others in the area. The location seems to be fully staffed now. Recommend using the Great Clips app/site to check in and provide your cell so they text you when your turn is within 15 minutes. Glad to have this location in Brambleton!
