We had a great experience today, Jessica was great with my girls ages 8 and 9. She was so friendly with them and really took the time to understand what hair style they wanted, she really took her time and had great attention to detail to give them the perfect cut. Terrible experience! Besides the wait time being much longer than it’s said on the app, the so called “stylist” was just nasty, absolutely unfriendly! We showed a pic of a haircut my son wanted, she said she got it, no problem. Instead, she just completely messed up my son’s hair! We used Great Clips in Leesburg before and it was ok, this one is awful!

We recently haircuts from Laila at the Great Clips. She is a very hard working master stylist since 1996 and does amazing work on adults and children. She is extremely attentive to details and listens to exactly what you want. I love my cut and style and received so many compliments on it! My son and daughter were also extremely happy with their cuts. It is a very pleasant experience too. She really makes you feel comfortable. We highly recommend her!!!

I just visited this salon and was greeted by Laila! She took me as the last customer as I was already late and still made the time for me!!! Super amazing woman… took care of everything, super clean and had a great conversation with her as well… I have two othwr great clips closer to my home but the service here is amazing and Laila was Specifically very kind. I would much rather visit this branch than the others. Thanks a bunch for accommodating.
