Took my 2 grandsons for a haircut. Showed one of the stylists a picture. She looked at the pic for 5 seconds and said “ I got it”. We’ll she didn’t get it . His hair looked nothing like the pic. The cut was horrible. My other grandsons cut was ok but I guess they never heard of thinning hair out. Their hair was cut and left bushy. Won’t go back again.

Pulled car over to go and check in online 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Arrived with wait time 10 minutes, stayed outside waiting in parking space, saw 2 people pull up, park walking in, saw my name on display (8 minutes wait—no one getting a cut, no one seated waiting) they’re getting cuts while I wait, Come back, wait, again 30 minutes later they’re still in the chairs. I’m still waiting, watching them get finished. Why bother doing online check in, then waiting for over an hour? If your system advises there is a 10 minutes wait why do they walk in both get service and I wait even longer?

Critical: QualityI will not be coming back here again. I went here to get my hair deep conditioned and curled and for one they were out of deep conditioner and 2 the lady didn’t even know how to curl my hair!! I spoke up and she had to ask someone else how to curl it. I used the Great Clips app to check in ahead of time to avoid any potential wait time. The app is very easy and convenient to use. When I arrived, I received a kind greeting by the two nice ladies working that day. Bonnie cut my hair and did a fantastic job. The price for haircuts here is also very affordable, especially since they sometimes have sales for $7.99 haircuts. Another reason I love this place is because they keep notes about my previous haircut preferences in their system. This makes it very convenient for me, since I get the same haircut every time. This will definitely be the place I go to get my haircuts in the future.

Mostly have gotten first class hair cuts, especially when going in with a grown out Bob, but recently went in for a trim on a 5 week old cut and wasn’t as happy, but they do well considering you never get the same stylist even when you ask. Have to add that I agree with Brandon, they do keep records and that is extremely helpful when they do have different stylist each time and I will be a returning customer.
