Place is mad clean which is a lovely. Workers were very nice and pleasant. I arrived near closing maybe an hour off but was greeted and told of the current wait. I enjoy people watching so no problem. The overall experience was great. Now the deduction of the stars. I asked for a high drop fade. I literally had to explain what this means. The haircut was decent at best. I will return because it’s convenient and the people are nice.

I have struggled for years with unsatisfactory haircuts which I waited days for and paid outrageous prices. One haircut was so bad I went straight to the drugstore to load up on biotin! Since I discovered Great Clips I no longer hesitate or procrastinate about getting my haircut. They provide same day appointments, usually within an hour of checking in and are quite reasonable in price. The place is popular, friendly and close to where I live. I am so glad I gave them a try.

So, I brought my son here a week ago and Nicole cut his hair. I showed her what we wanted and she sat him down and first told him he couldn’t read his book. Made no sense to me why you’re going to tell an 11 yr old they can not read a book while he’s getting his hair cut. She was rude and snippy, huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes because he ran his fingers through his hair AFTER she was did the horrible job she did. I should’ve never tipped to begin with. When we got him home we realized just how awful it was. Completely uneven, choppy looking, no blending at all. Looked awful! I was told to bring him back in and the manager could redo it. We had Grace and she was so nice as soon as we walked in the door. Greeted us with a smile, her and Pam made the whole experience much better. She couldn’t fix what we were going for and I already knew it wouldn’t have been able to be fixed to what we were going for but that’s ok, it looks good now! Thanks Grace and Pam!
