Ok this place used to be good but they’re training some new stupid chick that has NO idea what she’s doing. My husband went in for a medium fade hair trim and it took an hour! And there was no one in front of us. Took the girl an hour to do a medium fade! That takes like 15 minutes. And not only that it looks like the worst fade ever! This idiot should not be able to touch anyones hair if she doesn’t know what to do. And she was trying to get him to buy stuff from the store and asking super personal questions the whole time. EXTREMELY inappropriate!! Thanks for making it easy great clips, I’ll never go here again.

My wife and I were walk in but she was waited on right away because the eight online appointments hadn’t arrived yet five of them came in and I kept being pushed to the bottom of the list as more online appointments came in I feel that I should have been worked in between that list being as I am a paying customer as are online appointments but it seems like Walk in appointments are low priority my wife loves the job they do on her hair and I like what they’ve done to my hair in the past but I’m disappointed with the poor customer service for walk in appointments and I won’t be back and I plan on spreading the word walk in appointments should be given some consideration you could have had an extra sale today and who knows how many were lost in the past and I’m sure in the future if walk in appointments aren’t given some consideration in the future I never was able to get my hair cut

Times get a bit long for waiting even if checking in online, there are plenty of chairs but only 1 to 2 stylists on the floor… however with that being said… if you are willing to wait 65 min to 1 & 1/2 hour, its worth it. The staff are great and do a nice job

I went to 3 different barbers because people always told me I needed to go to a barber for my haircut. But sadly they all either couldn’t do what I had asked or didn’t fix what I needed to be fixed. So I went here because I was still on the hunt for someone who can cut my hair how I want it without charging like 30 bucks and needing an appointment a week and a half in advance just to be let down.. all I needed was a high fade and shape up! So I walk in here, get a fade, and my hairline fixed and the overall cut was great! Got my hair just right and the stylist fixed all of the previous barbers mistakes. Don’t sleep on this place! Definitely made me happy and I will be going here from now on.
