first time i took my son and he had bad hair cut and thought he didn’t sit quite. Second time i took my son and this time same lady did his hair cut. This time she left so much hair on one place. Third time went for my haircut and chose a different lady. Again disappointment. She did the hair cut in 5 mins. I asked scissors on top but misunderstood and attempted to use clippers. Later she said fixed it.

I went for hair cut to great clips to location 212 Suburban Dr Ste 212, Newark, DE 19711 at 01:00 PM on today , the Hari cut is worst, it’s uneven and some uncut hairs around the side of the head, worst experience, looks inexperienced and unqualified person employed. I used great clips for past few years , here after I won’t use great clips. Please educate your employee and give proper training before they try hair cut directly in customer hair.
