I’ve gone here a handful of times now and it’s always been very quick, professional, and affordable. There’s an online queue so I can get on the waitlist and I don’t have to walk in until it’s my turn. Very friendly staff that didn’t pressure me to talk more than necessary, so I’d recommend this place for people who are nervous about interacting with others. They also have been good about keeping track of what I request for each haircut and can cut my hair to about the same length each time.

Son went to get a haircut here he was trying to show the lady the cut he wanted she was very impatient and kept huffing and tapping her foot. I told her she’s not very polite and patient that I thought it be best we wait for another stylist. She said fine I think so too. As we walked back to the waiting area without anymore said on my behalf she was like you know what better thought I think it’s best if you just leave. I said excuse me I think it’s best if I speak with the manager. She stated she WAS the manager. I think great clips needs to reevaluate their managers and give them a few classes on how to treat their customers. Ironic thing we left and went to Walmart when I explained to the lady in their hair salon what just took place she looked at the other stylist and said your sisters starting trouble again. I was like that’s seriously your sister I’m sorry. She replied your not the first she is like that with many.

My GF, son, and I went tonight for our first post-covid haircuts. We have been to this location before and always had great service…well, not tonight. First the good…Kenzie…phenomenal job taming my caveman hair and styling me back into the 21st century. Pleasant conversation and 1000% awesome experience!!! Then there’s the bad…Kelsey. WOW. The nerve of some people. Snide comments, confrontational, and abrasive. She was asked to cut our son’s hair short and began egging him that she thought he should keep his hair long…that his mom was probably forcing everyone get short hair cuts, that if he was getting clippers to his hair that his Mom needs to get her head shaved. Who says that to a 13yr old? She just wouldn’t shut up about having to cut his hair and continued the inappropriate conversation his entire haircut. Seriously…that’s your job. Parents tell you how to cut their child’s hair…then you cut it. My GF then had the awesome privilege of being next in her chair. More ignorant comments ensued, not to mention a subpar haircut to boot. We will never return to this location nor recommend Great Clips to anyone we know. I thought Karens only existed on TikTok. Turns out they also cut hair and hold court in Hamburg, PA.

I got my son’s hair cut and when we got home I noticed how bad it was. The girl asked what i wanted, I told her to give e him a typical little boy’s cut,.When she was done I asked her to trim the hair from his ears, because it still looked bad.
