If I could give them less than one star I would, for sure. The lady that greeted us wasn’t the friendliest but it was ok. The lady, Kate, who answered the phone while we were waiting to be seen is very rude. She was short with not one, but two, customers on the phone. And then when she hung up she continued her litany of of how horrible and demanding customers are. The other stylists were kind and professional. No one else seemed put off by Kates unkind words and unprofessional demeanor.

I brought a pic in and luckily snagged Barbara.
