Beth did an excellent job with my daughter’s haircut. My daughter has issues with the hair because of the tangles etc she’s only 5 and 1/2 so we got a stacked kind of inverted bob so that the back of the neck didn’t have so much hair to get stuff in it and it’s super cute My daughter’s super happy and so life is good Thank you so much Beth

This place was good before Covid. I am not at all satisfied with their service. I tried to make understand the dresser what I want for my hair cut still she did what she decided. I am not at all satisfied with their service. I tried to explain what I wanted for haircut even though she didn’t ask me and She finished her job in 10min without even thinking much and just did what she liked and nothing like what i tried ti explained . Very bad experience and never going back there.

This was an okay haircut. Service was fast and friendly. They dry-cut and dampened my hair with a water bottle before trimming. I felt a bit rushed, but happy they got me on the fly. On the way home I noticed a piece sticking out that was uneven, but other than that, it seemed fine! Not good or bad for a cheap haircut. About average! Haircut

The fact that I had to pay full price for for being in the chair for under 5 minutes to correct a boo-boo trim by myself is absolutely ridiculous. All she did was clipper the back and blend the sides a bit (short pixie). Not to mention it was totally uneven when I got home to shower and style it. I’m not sure who my stylist was, but could have been the owner.

We took our toddler to this store yesterday and the hair stylist was exceptional.She did a great job even if our toddler was cranky.I have to mention that the experience we had at Hair cuttery (Royersford ) was awful and strongly recommend this place to anyone with a toddler.Thanks Great Clips!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy 6 year old went for a hair cut today. The ladies working were extremely rude to my Mother and son- they also gave us dirty looks as we pulled off. The hair dressers said no one had ever shown them a picture of a hair cut on a cell phone before? Usually if we take my child somewhere they’ll ask us to show a picture of what he wants. Needless to say it didn’t matter as the hair dresser cut his hair however she wanted which looks nothing like it- no hard part and incredibly short. Thank god it was my mom that took him in and not me because both my child and mom complained how nasty the stylist was with my child saying she won’t cut him if he didn’t sit still because he was ticklish. Someone like this shouldn’t be styling children if they can’t be understanding or kind. My child has a rare form of epilepsy and has focal seizures so he is fidgety from that alone. I have been here with my son 3 times…first 2 was a great experience and we were happy. Stefan, (I think that was his name) cut his hair last time and was wonderful. Jovial and chatty. This time we had the misfortune to get Danielle who looked totally annoyed since we walked in but I did not realize how much she was not in the mood, till after she cut my son’s hair. When I asked her to fix his hair which was sticking from the top, and looking really out of shape, she kept asking me with a drawl….”what do you want to fix…you want me to cut it or put product!”… But it’s not even what she was saying…it was her confrontational attitude, body language. She was not interested. I let her know I thought her attitude was awful. My son who is turning 13 looked totally upset with his hair. He told me after we left that she kind of threw the cape on him when I asked her to fix his hair the second time around. I am going to avoid this place. I know people have good and bad days, but she sure ruined mine today.
