If I could give 0 stars I would , If I were you, I’d advise you go elsewhere for your services. That salon is dirty, so under-kept & only if you’re lucky you’ll get taken back and get a decent haircut. Now that the prices are $21, make sure you spend it wisely before walking in here and handing them your money. The owners care about nothing more but the $$ they receive then taking care of their customers & making it a healthy, happy, CLEAN environment. And if your looking for a job, I’d apply elsewhere, they make you pick up the slack that others don’t, they over work you, they get the schedules out a COUPLE days before you’re supposed to work, you need more salon supplies ? Get used to waiting months before that happens or not even at all, they will disregard your needs, concerns like nothing. Don’t ask for a raise or remotely state you deserve one either they’ll give you a lousy .50c, vent and go on about how their mortgage went up, they have tax’s, inflation while they sit in their mansion, or they’ll wrongly terminate you because they don’t like to hear that they don’t take care of their employees & that they need to learn to take care of the ones who take care of them. Highly don’t recommend this place to customers or stylists. Give your money & time where it’s appreciated.

I shared a picture with the hair stylist about what I wanted. It was a modern medium hair length style for men. Edward Scissorhands left me with a Dennis the Menace side comb minus the cowlick. Not only that but the hair around the back is uneven. Only good thing about this was using a coupon to not pay full price for 90% of haircut for a style I didn’t ask for.

I called to ask about if they can do butterfly layers and they told me “they don’t know tiktok terms”. I said it’s a feathering type of layer to add more body the hair. She told me that she was with a customer and she didn’t have time for this. She pulls the phone away to speak to her coworkers and I literally hear her complaining about what I was asking her. Like what I asked is not rocket science. I don’t know why taking 5 seconds to google something if you haven’t heard of it is so hard. But it was so hard for this arrogant lady. Anyway my family member goes here so I gave them another shot and called to see if I could get someone more helpful on the line and it was a different lady but she was not helpful whatsoever. Literally hung up on me because she realized what I was asking was the same question the other lady got and I guess they all decided together my simple question was not worth their time. If you’re going to disrespect potential customers and be that unwilling to answer a question then how do you work at a hair salon?

Stopped in yesterday for a low fade, 1 to a 2 to 3 on the sides and have it blended in with the top. Edward Scissorhands ( bald gentleman with a beard ) shaved almost my entire head with a number 1. I used to go there all the time. Not anymore. Hairstyling
