Worst service ever, very unprofessional asking for money up front before a haircut. Never have experienced that in my life before. Even with more expensive salons that charge triple the price of a great clips. I called corporate and they denied allegations. And I have the audio recording of everything that they said so I’m filing a civil suit against them. Please do not go to this Great clips as they will screw you over big time

Simply called and asked stylist if they were comfortable with all types of hair cuts and styles. Then asked about making appointments for both my children. Whomever decided to answer my call was extremely rude and mean, took my questions personally and I definitely DID NOT go here for my children’s hair. I just dropped my boyfriend off there and they were asking for money up front and wouldn’t serve him because they said it looked like he was on heroin because he was covering up his marks. He has carpal tunnel and wears gloves. I can’t believe this never will I walk into a Great Clips again and I will never take my boyfriend there. The girl was rude and snobby, and was talking about my boyfriend to the other worker.
