I really like Great Clips’ online check-in feature. It saves a lot of time. The stylists at the Blue Bell location are good but I miss my favorite stylist who left recently. I must say the last time I was there the stylist was excellent, unfortunately she was on loan from another store so let’s see what the next experience will be like. The store manager is excellent, if you don’t like something and you talk to her she tries to rectify it. I take my boys for their haircut and they also like it.

I have never left a review in my life, let alone a bad review. I took my daughter here and asked for a trim. Her hair was to her backside. The woman showed me she was taking off about 3 inches. When she turned my daughter around she had taken off 9 inches. When I protested the woman claimed she had to take that much off because my daughter’s hair was uneven. It was not uneven. Plus, when I got home I realized it was longer on one side. I’ve gone to Great Clips in the past and never had this problem. Now I have to have her hair cut again not to mention how long it will take to grow out. Don’t go to this salon. The price is not worth it.
