I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and I’m very satisfied with the price/quality. I use the app to make my reservation and I can time my arrival and avoid any wait. I get a standard cut but my preferences (clipper# on sides, length on top) are stored so before starting they just confirm my choices have not changed. Nicely uncomplicated and efficient.

When I went there I ask for something completely different then what I got. I have now extremely short bangs when the ones I showed where down to my nose. WORST HAIR CUT EVER I LOOK LIKE A MUSHROOM!! No blending on the side just blunt ugly short bangs! Make sure you get staff that is trained and listen to their clients. Haircut

I have never had a bad experience at the Oxford location. All the stylists are professional and personable. Always a pleasant conversation to be had. Checking in on the app is a great time saver. I didn’t even mind wearing my mask throughout the haircut. I appreciate them for being open and taking precautions to keep themselves and their clients as safe as possible. Thank you ladies!

Been coming here for years, never had an issue. Prices are fair, stylists are friendly, establishment is clean, and the quality is evident. I can actually say that I’ve never had a bad haircut from here. Word of warning though, do download the app and check-in online. It will save you tons of wait time, especially on weekends.

We went to Wallmart for 40 minutes and came back and waited another 40 minutes in the waiting room and still was not called. Only 2 hair cutters working.Being understaffed and not having the ability to service walk in customers is a poor way of doing business. Waiting 2 hours for a haircut is unacceptable. Longer wait times and understaffed = a bad hair cut.
