I have been going to great clips for years. I do frequent the Kenneth square salon. In the past year I have had my necklace cut off 3x at the Kennett location. I always get an apology which is nice but the last time the manager told me to stop wearing necklaces. Never have I heard such a thing. I have never had a problem in all the years of getting haircuts until this past year. To blame me instead of the stylist has not sat well with me. I will not go here anymore and I am considering a new place all together.

Been cutting my own hair for 20+ years, but decided to go to Great Clips today. It was very busy, so I was starting to second guess my decision, but the staff was pleasant and said the wait would be 15 minutes, so I waited. I probably didn’t wait 15 before Lauren was ready to cut my hair. Lauren was great! She offered her expert opinion (which I needed) about today’s cuts and styles for men, and she did a fantastic job. She was very sweet and pleasant and made the whole experience great. Great experience would definitely go back.
