I got my haircut today at Main Street in Exton, Pa. I told the stylist to only take off a HALF INCH on the edges and the layers and she ended up taking AT LEAST two inches! She said she needed to make the back shorter to have an inverted bob. I have gotten the same style haircut at least the past five times at Great Clips. Every other stylist only took off a half inch. I could not do anything because she cut way more off without even telling me. My hair was down to my shoulders and now it doesn’t even cover my neck. Extremely upset! Unfortunately, she never told me her name and she hardly even spoke. I don’t even know what I can do at this point. I can’t believe she cut that much without my approval.

Normally I don’t post negative reviews. My friend got a cut there and I have to say something. Her haircut was uneven and she was crying. She had to go to another location to get it fixed. They did refund her for the haircut. I am really sad to give this review but my friend was in deep distress after the haircut.

I won’t go back here again simply for the fact that the lady who cut my hairs made me feel uncomfortable . It may not be the same for you but if you are like me and want to feel relaxed while getting a haircut and don’t want a lady to grab your hairs like she is going to pull them, granted she wasn’t aware or maybe she was thinking about something else ….. All is well I did tip her more then she could ask for … 2 star is for the price , which is ok
