If I could give zero stars, I would. My family came in there today so my husband could get a hair cut. Our sons, ages 8 and 11, went to get a lollipop. Our 8 year old took 2 lollipops and one of the stylists (who was in the middle of a hair cut) immediately went and hid the lollipops. My husband commented that he would give a good tip (since she made a huge deal over this) and she responded that he was being rude and he could leave. Our 8 year old son ran out of the store crying. We were all shocked over her reaction and stood up and left. One of the other stylists came out and apologized for this woman’s behavior and said she would be happy to assist us. We thanked her but said we would not be returning. I went back into the salon because I did not appreciate the way she acted towards my son and asked if she has children. She told me she does and they are older and kids come in there and take handfuls of lollipops. I feel sorry for this woman and her protection over a $5 bag of candy. We will never be returning to this location again.

Hit or miss depending on stylist. Avoid Shannon! She is impatient, rude and does horrible work. My son is weary of haircuts, however, will sit still and tolerate with a pout face on. Today, she cut his neck saying “I don’t know what happened my guard has never done that before.” Even the other stylist said, “How did that happen, he was sitting so still?” My son left in tears with a cut neck and horrible haircut. Every time we have had her she is rude as well. Good luck to those who sit in her chair. The rest of the stylists I can recommend which is why the 3 stars.

I went to GC in the mill town square today with my 2.5 year old. I was not sure how he would react on cutting his hair other than his father but surprisingly he was handeled very well by Dara . She was realy good with my lil one she was talking to him throughout and made it so seamless.Thanks a lot Dara. Will see you soon. Haircut
