I went and they did not shampoo my hair or even really wet it down before cutting it. I have long, thick hair that needs to be substantially wet down. Not just with some mist from a bottle. I also have a middle part that the stylist did not repart before starting to cut. She took off more than what was discussed and I have several pieces of hair that were not cut to the same length as the rest of my hair. I suggest going elsewhere for a hair cut. They want to charge about $18 for poor service.

It’s so nice to have your hair fall-out after haircut and some dangerous hairspray, can’t understand why I “still” haven’t received a call, since Jan 2nd of 2022, hair continues to fall-out. when I went there to address this issue, spoke to someone who wrote my contact info down, so I can find out the stylist to tell me what spray was used. Haven’t heard a peep, sick and tired of going there and asking for answers, hair falling out? I should have started a suit. I wouldn’t return if I was paid every dime on this planet,, plus, if my life depended on it!!!!!!!
