Very depressed workers, no smile or greet and will even give you the attitude if you make a specific request or suggestion. They just call names and the faster they cut your hair and move to the next, the more money they make of course, just like a factory shop with a conveyer belt. So it shows that it may look ok at first, but wait until you go home and notice the flaws in your head. Not repeating here, looking for a place where I’d be more appreciated as a customer and a true talented hair cutting.

There were some wonderful staff there. However one day a staff member was having a bad day and was jabbing me in the head with the clippers to take her frustrations out on me. Do I press charges for her momentarily using me as an emotional / physical punching bag until I jerked away from her in disbelief? Or do I continue on so I am not taking time out of my schedule to press charges?

The hairdresser, Cara, was amazing. She gave my daughter her first big girl haircut. She was very nervous and Cara was great with her. It would’ve been 5 stars for Cara HOWEVER the male manager at the front door was horribly rude. He would get a one star. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years and he is not the type person you want greeting people or dealing with costumers at all. He turned us away but Cara was nice enough to scoop us up for a quick cut.

I have been going to a Great Clips for over 10 years. Information about how I want my hair cut is in my records. Chan at salon #9217 didn’t check anything. Even when I told her how I liked my hair cut, she totally ignored me. I told her I wanted whispy bangs & sides, but she cut everything way too short. I told her that I use a small curling iron, but my hair is too short to curl. She didn’t even know how to style my hair with product. I am considering going to a different salon, after this fiasco!!!

I have been going to Great Clips here in Horsham Gate, Horsham PA 19040 for many years now. I only let Lily cut my hair. I wear a short style and she does a terrific cut all the time. She always does what I ask for. If I ask her, she will fix my request. Lily is pleasant, patient and an excellent hairdresser. I believe she is also the manager. Her salon is always clean.
