We popped in here because my granddaughter and I wanted to get our hair cut spur of the moment. I wish I remembered my stylist’s name, but she was young and very friendly! She did a great job with my cut and I asked her to curl it. She was very transparent with the pricing and explained curling would be $25 more. If I lived locally, this would be my go to place! My granddaughter is equally happy with her cut, as well. For a teen, that speaks volumes!

Worst haircut experience in my life so far, I asked for a medium skin fade and came out with a high and tight. If you guys don’t have the right equipment to do a fade, then why offer it. The back of my head wasn’t faded at all and then I get a mirror put to the back of my head and get told how does it look? You guys are behind us and you can’t see you did nothing to the back of my head…then you tell me you can go higher. That’s missing the point of what I asked for which was a medium fade. Another thing a side conversation cannot be so important that you side swipe the side of my head while doing my lineup and then act like you did nothing. Do yourself a favor. If you’re a guy just needing a fade, I don’t recommend you go here, until they actually specialize in cutting male hair.

Went it for a fade haircut, came out with a Mohawk style thanks to Angie. I’ve cut my own hair during pandemic and I did a better job than Angie and I am an aweful hairstylist. 1 extra star because my past experience was better than this. There’s another hair stylist who’s younger and wears glasses. She did a far better job. Do yourself a favor and go to Springfield GC or some other place unless you can find someone else at this place. Ciao!

I went in for a haircut and a beard trim. I let Carmolla know that I just wanted the sides and back of my head shaved. Before I realize what’s happening, she starts shaving up the back of my head including the hair that wascoming down from the top of my head. Then proceeded to start shortening the hair on the top of my head. I was not happy!

Oh. My. God. I walked in with tape from my tape in extensions stuck all around the crown of my head. Was a nightmare. Carmella I think was the girl’s name who took care of me. A GEM! She not only has a great sense of humor and customer service skills, she had great patience and humor while getting this tape out of my hair and then styled me up so well! 10/10 will 100% go back!
