I had a last minute plan to get my haircut. The wait time was not bad at all. The hair stylist I had asked for my ideas for styling, and then took the time to make sure she understood what I was talking about. She was super gentle when cutting my hair, which I really appreciated because I have a sensitive scalp (didn’t even have to tell her). She followed my instructions on what I wanted, and would check in to see if I was still wanting her to proceed, change anything, etc. Very awesome stylist.

Had been served by this facility more than 15 times. Usually, the server is offering to cut my eyebrows, but today I asked for it intentionally. The server said it would cost me another $15 due to her tomorrow’s birthday.

Review updated to 1 star. The service is very bad. The staff members- Jimmy and Theresa need to be provided unconscious biased training. They need lessons in customer service and proper hair cutting and also not to demand more price for a normal hair cut. They gave a very bad hair cut to me and my son. When I went back to get the haircut fixed, lame excuses were given and was told a good haircut cost double the usual price. They either need to change their jobs or learn new skills for desired pay. The owner is good and hence I had been visiting since post pandemic. I have now stopped going to this location.
