I took my 2 boys and had mixed experience to this store. The stylist who cut my older son hair rushed through cutting his hair and was rather aggressive which my son confirmed later after the hair cut. She was pulling his hairs and was very rough and hurting. The boy she did after, she took time and seemed very gentle with him. I could not think of any other reason but felt that the second boy was white and we have brown skin could only explain her behaviour.

This place is the absolute worst! Got a short haircut from medium length the other day and it was one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. Kim was the stylist, and I use that term loosely. I repeatedly told her that the sides were uneven. She insisted they were not–THEY WERE. She did a terrible job blending my sides and back, left long strands of hair behind my hair, and I really just wanted to cry. I decided instead of going back there to get it fixed….as I had little faith they would fix it correctly…I went to Holiday in Langhorne and they did a fabulous job.
