I have been in tears all day. My hair is completely ruined. I asked for a trim with my layers re added and I got a complete chop job. Mind you I been taking my family here for years now and never once had a problem. She destroyed my hair. I called corporate and was told the owner would call me and still haven’t received a call. I don’t even know what to do about this 30 dollars down the drain on someone who absolutely shouldn’t be cutting hair at all for any reason. I will never use this place again and will be finding someone else to take my family to.

Haircut is wonderful. The temperature inside the salon was another experience. Apparently the air conditioning is broken and it is unclear when it will be fixed. I would recommend, if you’re like me and don’t want to feel sweaty while getting your haircut, you wait until they fix the air conditioning. Hairstyling

This was the worst haircut experience I have had in my life. The woman didn’t understand what I wanted and then seemed to get frustrated when I kept asking for more off the length. She was very aggressive and hurt my scalp and nose with the comb she used for the whole appt. Get home and notice it is horrible and uneven. No layers. Have to go somewhere else tomorrow and get it fixed before work Monday. Will not be returning and will not recommend to others.
