This was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I went in, asked for a straight cut 2inches off, no layers or anything. After trying to cut my hair without wetting it or washing it, the stylist ended up cutting off 4inches. Not only was it shorter than I wanted, it was so uneven that it looked like it was her first time ever cutting hair. Another stylist had to fix my hair so that it was actually even. By the time I left, 6 inches had been cut off my hair. As someone who struggles with hair growth, this was really upsetting because it can take years to get back any sort of length. This is simply unacceptable.

Went to get a basic haircut before my son’s graduation party today. Regretted ever stepping foot in this location. We are calling it the haircut from hell. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job, it was that bad. Actually ended up having to go to the North Wales location so that someone there could fix it for me. I had to pay for the second cut because they are owned and operated by someone else. I wish I knew the name of the woman who cut my hair. She shouldn’t be allowed near anyone’s head.

Poor job – went for a taper and stylist left long and short pieces all around my head. Had to go back in the next day to get it fixed up. Not worth the price. Much rather stick to a decent barber and put an additional $10

Worst service ever. I arrived at 430 with one person waiting… 15 minutes later a guy comes in that check in online and is helped. Then the person before me is helped. After waiting half an hour a lady comes in and is helped right away because she check in online for 5 o’clock even though I have been waiting for over 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never do business here.

As with almost every chain hair shop it’s hit or miss. Some of the girls can cut hair and some shouldn’t be cutting hair at all. In my pictures one of my boys had a pro haircut and the other looks like she used safety scissors. Otherwise a fine place to get a haircut for kids and adults.

I used to go to a barber across the street and he retired. Although I used to like the conversations that Manny and I had, there were many times I waited up to 45 minutes to get in the chair. Many times I drove there and turned around because there were a few cars in his lot. At Great Clips, you can use the app to check in while you’re still home and rarely even wait. AND!! My hair is cut in 7 minutes. If you usually get your hair cut the same way, they even have it in their system how you like it cut.
