My son and I have had hit or miss good haircuts. Either some of the barber’s know how to do fades or they don’t. We had to walk out with bad haircuts until we found the right person. The employees should be honest and state that they do not know how to fade hair. Now we only schedule haircuts with one person. Each employee should have a catalog of previous haircuts so we can see before we commit to sitting down.
