Decided to give this place a shot while we waited for a prescription from the pharmacy. My son had his hair cut here. She didn’t bother asking what look he was going for or how much he wanted taken off, just went straight at him with the clippers. Even after he stopped her and she switched the blade, it was still too short. This is why asking questions about the desired result is so important. Worst haircut he’s ever had, exactly what you’d expect for $17 and inexperienced stylists. 0 product put in his hair at the end, she didn’t even ask. The girl took a blowdryer to his face in an attempt to clean the hair clippings off. It didn’t work, he left with a face covered in hair. The vibe in there is like 8th grade girls lunch table. They don’t focus on the customer, they’re too busy gossiping amongst themselves. Our hairstylist complained to her coworkers that her entire last paycheck went to her credit card payments…right while she was ringing us up. Seemed a lot like tip begging. This place is very unprofessional. We went the same night to another barber to get it fixed.

Obviously not lgbtq friendly staff memebers sat there and watched a customer harass another customer calling him f@g and threatening him also later on laughing with him and not careing. The woman who ended up cutting my hair was nice and apologized for it and how her co worker was acting. She got a 60$ tip for a 17$ hair cut but sadly I will never go back for the way I was treated already contacted corporate about the disrespectful employee who wouldn’t cut my hair and took the other nasty customer instead

DO NOT GO HERE. I am very nervous about my hair to begin with because it takes so long to grow out. Being that it really needed an inch off, and we didn’t have a ton to spend and this place being close to home I figured I’d go. I’d like to say I’ve been to plenty great clips before and never an issue.
