My daughter has beautiful long thick straight hair and just needed a trim on her bangs and her hair. The lady was very nice but did not follow her instructions. They ended up cutting about 1”-2” and the worst part is that its not even straight. Now I have to take her to a different salon that will fix her hair not to mention that now it will be even shorter. She’s been crying on and off since she realized her hair was messed up while she was flat ironing it. I would post a picture but it doesn’t give me an option. I would never go there again nor will I recommend anyone to go there.
