Very disappointed this visit. Usually get really good service but this time they were short staffed and made it widely known that they weren’t happy about it. Customer service was lacking and I felt like I was rushed through. I also don’t think much of the compulsory on-line registry. Very impersonal. Will be getting my hair done elsewhere.

Not enough help and literally took someone that walked in after me before me and want me to sit there another hour after I’ve been sitting there for 20 minutes. What’s the good of checking in through the app if they’re not gonna take you soon as you walk through the door and they’re the next person up.

Honestly it didn’t look too bad until i got home and combed it myself. The lady was nice asking if it was okay which it looked okay. Again, didn’t see it until i got home. I wanted a longer faded cut for him. Not really a faded cut but still looked cute so I was okay with it. There’s longer strands of hair all over in the back as well. Wont come back. Should have went over it with thinning shears to blend it in. Cost was $12 and left a $5 tip so 17 in total. Not bad but not worth what we got. Maybe have them use buzzers if you go here.

My ex-husband took my daughter to Great Clips in Shamokin Dam by Walmart to get her haircut. The picture she showed the stylist looks nothing like what she ended up with. Instead of a “professional stylist” cut it looks like he took her to some random bum down the street who cut her hair with a bowl and a pair of scissors. She cried the rest of the night because of how her hair looked and now I have to see if my hair stylist can fix this monstrosity of a hair cut. I don’t know if the stylist was fresh out of school but if you can’t do the cut, say so before you butcher some poor girls hair. Shame on you.
