I usually have very good experiences here up until today. One of the stylists who I’ve never met before Talon was extremely rude. She glared at me when I entered the store & made me extremely uncomfortable my entire haircut. I’d look up & she’d be glaring at me in the mirror, sucking her teeth at me or making random noises. My stylist who was cutting my hair after apologized & said this is normal behavior for her to employees & customers.

I usually get my haircut here and it’s been really good more times than not. But today I pay $17 for a haircut and give a $3 tip I get home wash my hair and realize she only cut like the front part of my head my hair is literally two different lengths on the front and the back. I feel like you should kind of know what you’re doing if you’re going to cut other people’s hair.

I had my son’s hair hut today. Now mind you he is 2. And the girl who cut his hair was nice at first. But she grew quickly impatient. And started rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth because my son don’t understand why we are even there we also had an appointment made for my boyfriend. When his name was on the top of the list they kept calling people below him.so eventually we just walked out. I have never had a bad experience there. But I will not go back! People need to learn when your cutting hair of all ages. Not everyone is going to sit still!

Hair cuts I’ve gotten there have been ok…mostly. There have been mistakes a couple of times and one employee in particular cannot follow simple instructions. We use Great Clips as our back-up when the barbershop is closed or too busy. They’re pricey compared to a neighborhood barbershop and I think less attentive to detail but in a pinch they have a purpose and do a decent job.
