Great Clips

Critical: QualityLet me just start by saying I NEVER write reviews, but I am so sad and upset that I am writing this one…I went into great clips for a simple trim, just to cut dead ends. I told the woman cutting my hair that I’ve been growing it out and would like to keep as much length as possible and to fix up my layers. I was in the chair for no more than 10 mins. I originally thought “wow, that was pretty fast…” but figured she knows what she’s doing and it’s just a trim. My hair is naturally wavy/curly so I didn’t notice right away, until I straightened my hair…it’s all jacked up. My hair has parts that are longer than others, there are still dead ends she didn’t even touch, my layers…don’t even get me started!! As you can see from the picture it just doesn’t make sense. She rushed, didn’t care if it was even and the worst part is the salon was NOT busy, I was NOT unpleasant. There is no reason for it. We talked about our kids and made friendly chit chat, I tipped $5. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
