The online app would not allow me to check in. I had to physically go to the shop and there was a wait time of 132 mins. Other than the music being really loud, I decided to wait. The woman who did my haircut did a wonderful job. This was the first time I had come to this location due to the fact that the one at Chelsea Square had closed.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made the appointment to get a hair cut on Sunday at 6:10 PM via their online app and received a confirmation that you will be informed via text message when hair dresser is ready for me. I waited in my car till 6:40 and never received any message or notification. I went into the saloon and found out that the hair dresser has cancelled my appointment and said they don’t take any appointments after 6:30 PM. I was like I made the appointment on your app at 6:10 PM however, the guy was rude as hell and informed me he can not accommodate me and can not cut my hair as he has to close the saloon and cannot stay longer. I wasted almost an entire hour for a hair cut and didn’t even get one because the dresser closes the saloon at 7 pm. I would not recommend anyone to this salon and they don’t waste their time and money with them. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
