I’ve taken my little boy here twice and he always has great haircuts and everyone’s really nice. No long wait. But I decided to get my haircut with him this time and honestly I’m not even sure what in the heck happened here? I hate to complain because I’m not that kind of person and hate confrontation but what in the world? The girl who cut my hair was sweet but very clearly had no idea what she was doing.

After, yet another, disastrous haircut I’m officially done. I don’t know why I kept going for years when 2 out of 3 haircuts were bad. Not just haircuts that didn’t live up to my Instagram inflated expectations but fundamentally poorly performed basics. Uneven and choppy, poorly blended, lined and stepped fades, and just unable to understand what I want.

We have a salon that takes care of our hair needs on regular basis, but in the event of vacation or my husband is working extra hours and missed our monthly appointment, he’ll stop by Great Clips. They have an online check in service which is very convenient for my husband since his schedule varies and he can use that when he is on his way from work. They do a pretty good job. His hair is what I would consider an easy maintenance cut. We’ve had the occasional uneven sides in the past, but nothing major. He was just there this week, first time in many months, which is how is works for us. Cuts have gone way up in price, quality hasn’t. Part of the appeal was their cheap cuts. They are now more expensive then our regular place, which is a very nice salon. That’s disappointing.

Very nice place to get a haircut. My husband and me both got haircuts. And our styles Katee and alicia were wonderful. Very nice and personable. They did a great job on our hair. They were pretty busy but the girls handle it very efficienly. Not super expensive either only $17 for a haircut. And they don’t charge u more just to blow dry your hair like some other places do.
