Took my son here before school started and we both got haircuts , it was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a haircut. I had grown my hair out for 4 months and told the woman I did not want to take much off at all and what style I wanted . Well on one side she cut my hair short and left the other side 3-4 inches longer . Myself and my gf did not notice until I got home because of how it was styled . It was absolutely embarrassing and ridiculous, I was worried the whole time because the woman cutting my hair reeked of Weed turns out I was right to be worried , I can’t believe I paid for something so ridiculous, it’s robbery .

Absolute worst experience I’ve had. I told them what I wanted, and I got the exact opposite of that. They completely cut the sides and the front uneven. The back is choppy and she was very aggressive with coming my hair. They even went as far to only caught one of my sideburns. When I told her I didn’t want them cut and just left the other one.

Got haircuts for our granddaughter (4) and grandson (6). Grandson had mid-back length hair with abundant tangles that he never lets anyone touch. Natalie was fantastic with him getting out the tangles and cutting his hair to a manageable condition. Whole staff was great and patient.
