Phenomenal service from every stylist I’ve sat down with. I will say that the chain hair stylist rarely gives as quality of a hair cut to a barber who does only men’s hair but each and every lady in there has killed it. Fades, hard parts, scissor fades and shape ups. I will say that at least 1 hair stylist is always pregnant so be flexible with who you go to because in 9 months she will be on maternity leave lol

Critical: QualityWent in and asked for six inches to be cut off with long layers. The lady was very nice and had no problems with her. Cut went great(so I thought), left and didn’t think anything about it. I am a person who washes my hair in the morning and does not dry it so I never paid much attention to it. Fast forward 3 weeks. I washed my hair and dried it and my hair just did not feel right. When I was done drying it, I went and took a picture of the back of my hair. It is NOT layered. It is chopped! I am not happy at all!! I will not go back there for a hair cut or even to have it corrected. Do yourself a favor and pay for a good haircut not some 17$ chop job. The lady who cut my hair seemed more focused on her smart watch then my head and cut my hair way shorter than I asked her too. Not to mention the absolute chaos of unorganized staff. It’s always a coin toss with this place.

Get what you pay for. Inexpensive, rushed, very get in get out, lackadaisical, experience never been happy with a haircut from here. I don’t know why but I’ve been coming here for 4 years with my family, and you just get a haircut. Its the only one in our area and maybe Im just wishfully thinking. Last time I got a haircut was two weeks ago. The stylist I got, spent maybe 10 minutes cutting 5 inches off my hair and had to be reminded after she took my apron off that I wanted side swept bangs. Not coming here anymore.
