Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI haven’t ever gotten a professional haircut so I was super nervous going into this. The place was clean, employees were masked, and both clients and employees seemed to be enjoying themselves. The place is well lit and professional. Savannah was AWESOME. I brought a picture with me and she asked me a couple questions, mostly I just left decisions up to her because I figured she’s the professional. She was super understanding and patient with me. I haven’t ever gotten a professional haircut so I was super nervous going into this. The place was clean, employees were masked, and both clients and employees seemed to be enjoying themselves. The place is well lit and professional. Savannah was AWESOME. I brought a picture with me and she asked me a couple questions, mostly I just left decisions up to her because I figured she’s the professional. She was super understanding and patient with me. It’s been about a month now and I still love the haircut. I can’t recommend enough.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey cut his ear, it bled, and they still charged for the unfinished cut. I sent my nephew with my 16 y brother for haircuts thinking it would be an easy in and out. Instead, they return home saying that his ear was cut and when he was scared to finish the hair cut they gave him a part and still charged $13. Obviously my brother being a minor probably didn’t want to be disrespectful so he paid and left. When we went back to inquire about it, they insisted that the haircut was fine because the client was happy with it. The client that’s 5??? I don’t understand how any professional person cutting hair could look at this and be proud to put their stamp on it. $13 is not a lot of money but to send out a ‘client’ with this hair cut and try to downplay the fact that a child was cut and bleeding because it wasn’t “that much” and you gave “a discount”. They cut his ear, it bled, and they still charged for the unfinished cut. I sent my nephew with my 16 y brother for haircuts thinking it would be an easy in and out. Instead, they return home saying that his ear was cut and when he was scared to finish the hair cut they gave him a part and still charged $13.
