We’ve always enjoyed going to great clips in general. Love the check in feature. Went to the Eisenhower drive location in Hanover Pennsylvania and it was the WORST customer experience I’m pretty sure I’ve ever had. We waited for over an hour and finally got to the door minutes before they closed (after receiving a text to come in 1 minute prior) and the stylist slammed the door in my face once she finally opened it to tell me they were closed. I felt like yelling through the glass merry Christmas to you too! If you’re going to use great clips steer far and clear from that one! Total waste of space. Also, the last time we went to that particular location the stylist messed up my son’s hair cut. Didnt think about that until later on. Luckily it grows back fast but honestly, how terrible can one location get…

I came here 2 months ago and had a terrible experience. I decided to come back again, and ironically I had the same stylist again. Andi. I was very skeptical about her doing my hair again. However, she did my haircut very well. It was a simple fade and trim. She did it perfectly, she asked questions to make sure I was happy with it. She did a really great job. I left a 1 star review 2 months ago, but took it down to replace with this. Good job Andi

Took my mother for a trim. I can honestly say that I’ve never seen such a horrible haircut. She chopped here and there, no blending and no symmetry. I suspect that her scissors were dull because all the freshly cut ends of hair were frayed. Spoke to the mgr of the shop who was less than sympathetic and actually told me that she had no control over the equipment the stylists use. We went back to have another stylist attempt to fix the mess that they made of Mom’s hair and that helped but she said some of the errors were unfixable due to the the way it had been cut. NEVER AGAIN!

First time bringing my 5 year old son here, so I didn’t know about the online check in. Still, I was greeted and checked in right away. Allie, our stylist, went above and beyond double checking her work to make sure the length and cut was exactly what we wanted. The service was quick but not rushed, prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be returning (and using the app next time).
