Came with my 10 yr old daughter. Never had an issue prior saw a new person who said she could not cut my hair with a sweatshirt on at all and I was to wear it backwards. So unprofessional and I tucked the hood in shirt and she said NO to getting service done. Highly disappointed. Regular client too.

Today I stopped in at Great Clips. Tara was my stylist. I have to say this was the nicest haircut I have received it 12 years. Starting with a #2 clipper to a # 4 she blended the cut so well I couldn’t believe how much I liked the look. Funny thing is I get it cut the same way all the time. Difference is Tara is a highly skilled stylist and know how to give a top quality haircut.

I checked the online check in and seen there was no wait so I decided to just go ahead and stop in as a walk in to get my hair cut. Upon arrival I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was in the chair and hair cut (simple cut/shave) complete within around 10-15 mins. I will be returning in the future to have my hair cut again.

Took my husband here and they completely ruined his hair and where told to come back if we did have complaints but he didn’t want to go back and risk them making it worse. Nothing was straight there where peices of hair everywhere very very unprofessional atmosphere not sure what changed but they lost a customer forever.

Walked in to get a haircut for my daughter, the hair stylist was very rude. Complaining about my daughter’s hair and overall bad attitude. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWas one of the worst experiences ever!!! The girl that cut my hair was so high/stoned that she dozed off several times while trying to cut my hair. She dropped 4 combs on the floor and she was cutting air with her scissors thinking that she was cutting my hair. I told her not to trim my sideburns and she then cut one side and not the other. She also stopped and brushed her clippers out and took out some spray for the clippers, stared at the clippers and comb the sprayed the comb??? not the clippers. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and hair cut.. Afterwards I spoke with the manager and another employee who said that they were going to send her home and to come back in 10 – 15 minutes and they would fix my hair. I did leave and came back in about 15 minutes and walked in to the same girl cutting another person’s hair!!!! OMG!! I left and went to another barber shop and had my hair fixed.
