We had an AMAZING first time experience at the Great Clips in Waynesboro. Not only is it closer than Hagerstown is was also half the cost of what we were paying at a different salon. The staff are wonderful, plus the environment is clean and professional. This salon also looks to have plenty of knowledgeable staff who are up and ready to handle business. Brianna went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our son with special needs during his visit. The level of patience, skill and professionalism blew me away. Brianna talked to our son every step of the way, pulled out all the bells and whistles to create a safe and fun experience, and was very reassuring to him with the tools she was using by hands on explaining (allowing our son to feel the vibration of the clippers and feeling the combs/spray bottle). It also wasn’t a problem to let him have sensory tools to make him more relaxed and some “toys/fidgets” were actually provided for a more comfortable experience during our visit (although It wasn’t an issue to use/bring our own). My husbands cut was also quick clean and what he wanted. We noticed each station and tools used are properly cleaned in between each client. We had our stylist undivided attention the entire time! No running to answer the phone check other clients in or personal conversation with other coworkers (we experienced this a lot at the previous salon we went to). Definitely will be returning and booking future appointments with Brianna!

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI’ve been to Great clips once and I’m going to say I loved the trip, I went about 6 months ago to get a Layer cut and the cut was amazing, it was a little uneven, but I blame myself because I couldn’t sit still. My stylist was very nice and gentle with my hair and I loved the cut I got! The stylists here always do a good job and are very courteous. Price is good and they listen to what you want. Only ever had one problem with my hairline not being straight (I have a cowlick and forgot to mention it). I went in the next day and they fixed it right away with no issue.
