Critical: ProfessionalismI signed in, the gal was nice and I was told a 20-25 minute wait. That was fine. The music playing was loud and definitely not something I liked at all. I politely asked if they would turn it down a bit. Sure, no problem. Well they changed the station and it was not easier listening to that than the last station. I again politely asked if they could put on some softer music and this stylist, a guy with frosted hair, told me in no uncertain terms, NO, my music, was not changing it. Very rude and no customer consideration. The other lady waiting also hated the music but did not want to say anything. Will never walk in there again and will never suggest it. Rude arrogance is not something I will pay for. So,no, I did not get a cut but that is what I went for. Got a great cut elsewhere.According to an email that I was to receive a call or some communication from the Palmyra Great Clips owner. I signed in, the gal was nice and I was told a 20-25 minute wait. That was fine. The music playing was loud and definitely not something I liked at all. I politely asked if they would turn it down a bit. Sure, no problem. Well they changed the station and it was not easier listening to that than the last station. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mother and I visited this business together. Her hair was cut by Becca. Mine was cut by Naomi. We were both very happy with our haircuts and with the way we were treated.The employees were very kind and made us feel right at home. Both of them had their work stations clean and tidy as can be. They should be commended.We talked about it and decided that we will definitely both be coming back there next time that we want our hair cut. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in with my hair down to my butt, came out with very choppy uneven hair, I kept telling him the one side was shorter and instead of cutting the longer side to make even they cut the shorter side more, I had to go pay another salon to fix it and what was supposed to be an 1/2 in trim turned into my hair being mutaled. I went in with my hair down to my butt, came out with very choppy uneven hair, I kept telling him the one side was shorter and instead of cutting the longer side to make even they cut the shorter side more, I had to go pay another salon to fix it and what was supposed to be an 1/2 in trim turned into my hair being mutaled.
