I walked in shortly after they opened this morning. The receptionist was super nice, there were 2 people cutting hair. I never used this service myself, but have for my teenage daughter. Today I had decided I wanted to get my hair chopped off, wanted a bob cut style. When it was my turn, Nikki introduced herself and listened to me as I told her about my hair. I told her I wanted to try a bob style…she totally agreed that I could pull that off. She was very personable and friendly and made me feel very welcomed there…when she was done with my hair, I fell in love with instantly! Nikki is awesome! And I definitely found a new place for my hair.

I would avoid this Great Clips location for now. They hired two male barbers and I don’t think they do as good of a job. Also, the one barber with face tattoos always seems either high or hungover. Haircut

My son is autistic and has issues with the hairclippers. Previously we allowed him to grow his hair past his shoulders. He begged for a haircut at sharkeys. We said yes and they butchered his hair and said if they had to fix it again they would charge us for two hair cuts. Not only did this stylist fix his hair but she took extra measures to make sure he was comfortable even allowing him to touch the clippers so she could even out his hair. This place is a lifesaver and we will never go anywhere else.

I was in and out of the hospital 3 times in August with gall bladder issues and It’s difficult to get a shower let alone bending over and washing my hair. I went to Great Clips in Middletown and was taken care of by Nikki. She cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She is my go to stylist now. No steps was a plus because I’m 69 yrs old and it’s approximately 5 miles from me. When I came home from the hospital my hair was very greasy and nasty which does nothing for my mental state as I care about my appearance. I was in and out of the hospital 3 times in August with gall bladder issues and It’s difficult to get a shower let alone bending over and washing my hair.
